I recently ordered flowers for my brother who was killed tragically in a house fire on 12/7/14. When we went to the funeral home and I saw that the foot spray that was ordered wasn't what we expected and the roses were fully opened and a couple of the leaves fell off when they were touched. I called them and was given a very hard time to the point that I just hung up. The foot spray cost 175.00 and it wasn't worth 1/4 of that. This was one of the last things we could do for our brother and they made the situation even worse. The man who answered the phone got very rude with me and refused to even listen to what I was attempting to say. I will NEVER order from them again. Very poor quality of flowers/very poor customer service.
