I am a local (Cajun born in the Berry) and I know good Cajun food. I just went to Chop's for the first time today. Their boudin is one of the best I've ever had, without a doubt. So are their chickens in the blanket (with cream cheese and jalapenos). Their chicken and jalapeno, smoked sausage is also fabulous. Grill for :30 min.s on each side. We are hooked big time and will order from here, to have shipped to Texas, instead of our favorite spots in Scott or Breaux Bridge. Trust me, this is as good as it gets!!!!
