I've lived here for 2 years and have really enjoyed it. The office staff changed many many times but I really like the current management. They seem to send little update emails every week about things going on around property and have started doing a couple resident events each month, which is really nice. Some utilities you pay with rent but it takes a few months for them to show up. I remember when it first came through and I was really confused but the office printed out a breakdown for me so I knew what was going on. Though sometimes the bills don't come on time each month, but I almost always pay online and that's always up to date with what I owe (though it doesn't tell you line by line what you're paying for, but again, I've never had a problem with the office telling me what everything is). Last summer, I guess the city was doing inspections so they were in and out of my apartment a lot. It was a little annoying but it wasn't the property's fault. Maintenance has always taken care of things within a day or two but nothing major has happened in my apartment so I can't attest to anything other than a stopped up dishwasher or light bulb going out. Considering rent in Denver/Westminster/all other cities in the area, it's really not bad at all. I plan to stay here until I get a house sometime later this year.

The only reason this community received a rating of one star is because I had to select AT LEAST one star. For starters EVERYTHING I mean everything is always breaking... Refrigerator and Heater (in the middle of winter) just stop working. Constantly. They claim everything in the apartment buildings are new but clearly they are not. Also, if you plan on going to the office to speak to anyone about anything expect to get harassed and threatened. The Property manager balled her fist up as if she was going to hit me, and as soon as I mentioned the police she put her fist down and went back inside. VERY nasty staff. Also, the assistant property manager is very nasty. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to my worst enemy, the devil, or let alone a friend. This is a horrible place to live. With a Property Manager and Assistant manager like that I feel very unsafe living here.
