General Info
Dr. Schultz is an interventional pain management specialist and is double-boarded in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management. He is a member and prior instructor for the Spine Interventional Society (SIS) and holds state licensure in Utah, Colorado and North Carolina. Dr. Schultz trained at the Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and Bowman Gray School of Medicine and currently serves as Co-Medical Director of The Centeno-Schultz Clinic. He has published numerous works in the field of anesthesiology and regenerative science and brings 20 years of experience to Centeno Schultz Clinic and its patients.

Dr. Schultz is an amazing man. He and his team have rebuilt my spine after 4 different motor vehicle accidents. If you want treated by the best in class and field, look no further. His practice is light years ahead of other providers in his field. Can’t say enough great things about him and his practice.
Dr Schultz has been treating and caring for me since 2012. My employer added Regenexx as a benefit recently, making the procedures more affordable for me and the decision to be treated much easier. Each time I visit, I’m treat with care, empathy, and respect with excellent explanations of the problem, the solution, and the expected outcome. A follow up with 48 hours always happens and Dr Schultz always makes sure I’m happy with the outcome. 10/10, highest recommendations.
