I don't know why I keep coming here. I have been seen by a number of different providers at this practice over the years, and I find that this practice cares more about money than its patients. One appointment was for a sinus infection. Having had them many times, I know what they are like. But the doctor disagreed because I did not have a fever and said I should return the following week if I was not feeling better. Of course I returned the following week (and had to pay another copay) and was told that I had a sinus infection. Another time I had been seen for conjuntivits and was prescribed eye drops. I immediatelyl had a reaction to the drops. I was told I had to come back in and then had to pay another copay and they billed my insurance again just so they could prescribe different eye drops. You get the idea of how they keep having me come back to make more money.



I'm also tired of constantly hearing that they never received results from labs or radiologist and never received notes from specialists. I can't imagine that all those labs and specialists over the years have lied to me when they said they sent results. I don't know why BFP can't manage to stick the info in my file.



I am also not happy with the staff. They are slow to check people in, are usually busy chatting with each other, and mess up appointment scheduling. One time I was told that I was too late for an appointment because the scheduler mixed up my appointment time with my check-in time, which varies by 15 minutes. When I returned for my rescheduled appointment, the doctor finally saw me 45 minutes past my appointment time. Apparently their time is more important than mine. And while I was waiting for my appointment, another woman was arguing with the staff because they apparently screwed up her appointment time also.



This place is just frustrating. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

This office as a whole is the most rude, unprofessional, dirty people I have ever experienced inside a medical office. My family and I were patients there for almost a year and over and over again, have experienced having to wait 20-30 minutes past our appointment time, with zero consideration from the staff. When I have tried to talk to someone about any concerns I was made to feel like like not only they didn't care, but enjoyed putting me in my place. During these times of having to wait I have noticed how dirty their facility is which honestly has made me question way too much for a place where exposure is so high. Would not recommend this office to anyone.

I'm fairly new to Denver, I don't have a physician here and I called to ask to talk to someone about a problem I was having to see if it was something I even needed to be concerned about. They told me they don't cover my health insurance carrier and hung up on me.
