Run - don't walk - away from this place. Worst business I've ever seen. Completely incompetent and awful customer service to boot. Asked them 3 times to rotate my tires when I took in my snow tires for mounting but they never did it. They'd tell me they did, but the tires are clearly marked. I pointed this out to them (right from the first time I brought the car in) but it made no difference. Seriously, a tire store that doesn't know how to rotate tires? Like a bank that can't cash a check. Why are you even in business?

When I first went in, everything seemed to be fine. I told about my worry that I had a leak in my front right tire and I didn't want to get a flat. They said they would check it during the oil chance. Well, 5 days later I'm stranded with a flat. No mention that there was a problem, no mention that they did have to fill the tire. Nothing. Now, I am stranded with a car that has a flat, have to try to get the spare tire on, and have hours wasted. Note: they did offer to take a look at the tire IF I brought the car in --- kind of hard with a flat and being 30+ miles away! Doesn't offer much comfort. I asked the tire to be checked because I was worried about being stranded with a flat. Makes me wonder about their other services.
