Well let me start by saying i started working with the Day program in Broomall Pa 1/3/2018 and I resigned 8/9/2018 .Working with my consumers was ok. Management at the Day program in Broomall was the worst experience i ever had at a job. They are not very nice to there Direct care staff nor are they to some of the consumers. They do have there picks of the pack. The Delaware Director seems as if he doesn't care about anyone there. I have seen his reactions with some of the consumers. And it shouldn't be tolerated. I feel if I had stayed working there and i saw what went on i would be just as bad as they were. So that's why I left nothing at that place sat well with me also it's not rite to have to come to work and be harassed by management at the Broomall Day program
