CenClear offers drug and alcohol addiction treatment services at our Brookville office. CenClear is headquartered in Bigler, PA. CenClear was formed in 1980 to provide Head Start preschool services to children in Centre and Clearfield counties. We then expanded our services to offer other early childhood services to pregnant moms and children up to age 3. When it was determined there was a need for mental health services and drug and alcohol services CenClear began offer those services as well to all ages. Today, CenClear has services in 15 counties. Services vary by county.
