Poor customer service. Arrived earlier than expected (I like sticking to schedules). Had no consideration for pets. No greetings, no handshakes. Another man showed up later that seemed to start calling shots and getting lunch orders, he did say hi, but then called me a house-sitter in my own home... Customer service was very poor, not personable at all. On a positive note, warrantees are good things.
