Operational since 1889, the Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is a 350-plus-bed hospital that provides a range of medical services. It operates claims management, biomedical engineering, finance, and food and nutrition departments. The hospital provides audiology, dental, dermatology, facial plastic, gastroenterology, genetic counseling, gynecology and orthopedics services. The Wyckoff Heights Medical Center also offers pediatrics, pulmonary, surgery and ophthalmology services, as well as pain management, wound care, weight loss and various resident training programs. It additionally offers treatment for allergies, diabetes, memory disorders and infectious diseases. The hospital employs more than 1,800 physicians, nurses and support personnel. The Wyckoff Heights Medical Center is affiliated with the New York-Presbyterian Healthcare System and is accredited by The Joint Commission. It maintains a location in Brooklyn, N.Y.
