I been going here for years and they always did a great job on my work shirts.I went to other places before and they do not compare to Usa Tees quality.I use to go every year for my work shirts at a place by my house,with Usa Tees,the shirts seem to last longer.Now I actually go every two years and the price was even cheaper at Usa Tees.Everyone is friendly and they take their time showing me different materials and styles.I don't feel rushed like I felt at other places.I am always happy with their opinion.Sometimes when you have so many choices it can drive you a little nuts,lol.The lettering on the shirts is exactly what I wanted.I picked up my last order on Sept 23 2014.I will definatly be back in about two years to reorder them.Thanks, Mike OConnor USPS

Horrible customer service. Won't take responsibility when they destroy your product. I would avoid this place at all costs. We placed a simple order in where we provided them with shirts to print three colors on them. one color was generic red, which they replaced with orange. After their staff assured us that they would "Make it right", we were later told that they had given us what we asked for, and refused to do anything to even partially compensate for the fact that they messed up over $700 worth of our merchandise. Then we were told that they "could not match the color red" even after we had shown them another companies sample where the red was on. I would advise you to stay away, don't let the price fool you, in many cases you will not get what you paid for.

I went into this store inFebruary good faith. I wanted them to create a logo for me. I waited very paitently for it and by august, I gave up.I ended up going somewhere else and had it completed in 1 day!! Not only did they never complete it but they had the audacity to take me to collections over it. In the end didnt want to be bothered by this nonsense so I had to pay both places for something I should have only had to pay once for, and I had to deal with the workers nasty atitude. II would not reccommend this place. To add insult to injury In october was contacted by the boss who suddenly got involved. He never filed the paperwork out correctly for the bank so I was harrased now from him even longer. He repeatedly told me I never paid, when in the end the money was in his account. I will never go back there. There is a way to run a business and then there is a way they run thiers!!

i would go to another store next time i order something, the person who workered on us didnt put our input and did what he thought was best . and kept on messing things up. so go to another store !
