Super rude!!!As I tried to ask NICELY if I can pick up my package another day, not at 8 or 9pm at the evening. The woman yelled at me to say " 8to 9,there is no such thing as another day for pick up." And she hang up my call. Seriously? This is the worst customer service that I have ever received.

On 12/10/14 my package my stolen! the delivery driver gave some random person in my apartment complex my package. UPS call center had no answers because even the confirmation delivery didn't show my apartment number. Poor poor customer service. They tried contacting the driver and he/she of course didn't respond to the call center requesting information about my package. It's the holidays and I hate to think that the person we are trusting to deliver our Christmas package safely, would have something to do with my package being stolen.

very poor service, also ups trucks in this area don't show up on time, they can show up 2 hours later and after calling in 20 times

The worse postal service in the States, and I would be happy to hear that UPS goes bankrupt soon!!!!
