You can see him in an historic photo of the first 50 people issued a tattoo license after NYC legalized the artform in 1997. Craig has tattooed around the world, perfecting his trade in Japan, Europe, and South America. His passion for the craft led him to the foundation of two industry-based companies: Defiance Mfg. and Tekori Systems, both specializing in the innovation and development of novel, custom tattoo machines. His favorite styles to tattoo are Japanese and traditional American.

Her artistic interests focus on the art movements of the early 20th century, from folk art to art nouveau. Kate specializes in and prefers to do American Traditional tattooing, though she has experience in a variety of styles, including blackwork and fine-line

Our sister shop, The End Is Near, specializes in precision body piercing and fine jewelry at its location just two blocks away at 429 7th Avenue, and we’ve recently come full circle by reintroducing piercing at Hand of Glory again!
