"S---s" pretty much sums it up. Bought PS52 Power Supply in December, due to Manufacturer error unit stopped working. Told to send to Pyramid Service Center at a cost to me of $30.00. Unit supposedly was fixed and was contacted by Pyramid that I had to send another $30.00 to get it back. Kenny with Pyramid was quick to call about getting the $30.00 and quick to call when he hadn't received the $30.00 but the check was sent to the address given by Kenny on 8/9/2013 and I mentioned maybe he should check the mailroom. Have left multiple messages as no one will answer the phone number given and have yet to hear back. Pyramid "s---s" too. The unit was under warranty Sound Around....you should have paid the postage and chosen a better service center and one with trained employees.
