We rented everything we needed for my daughters 16 birthday party from Party Rentals. They delivered quickly and even brought a few items we should have remembered to order. The tables and chairs were all in good shape and the linens were clean and ready to use.

We held a welcome home party two weeks ago using this company to rent all the supplies. They were great to work with, delivering everything on time and in clean condition. Had no problems. They picked up the stuff after the party.

I JUST got off the phone with them, and they guy is the rudest person ever!! I was inquiring about a Karaoke set up and he was acting like he didn't want to give me the information, I asked him if I was bothering him, and he said he had to call me back. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

these people must be on c r a c k ....they charge $20 per chair cover and the table cloths are $15 bucks!!!!! wow i thought they would be cheap being that they are a local company but what a rip off...and to top it off they have the worst customer service everything you ask them this little old lady keeps saying i have to see if i can get it...what is the point useless beware!!!!
There service is bad, employees is rude and nasty. I tried to book when them and when i ask for a question regarding the table cloths color the guy was acting like he didn't want to tell me was trying to give the color that he wanted and i got mad because I'm the one renting and i pick whatever color i want and also when i call back to confirm my order they didn't even have me on the list. This company is not responsible and they talk to people nasty that not a good customer service. i realize that their price is good so people want to book with them but there service is bad. I when and book with other company the only difference that i have to pay $14.00 more but i got treated with respect and they were nice and helpful but with this company they not helpful they just want you to book with them. You know how bad that will be that if i would be waiting for my order for my son birthday and it will never come that not right and also want to push me the table cloths that he wanted.

Called with questions, they were answered immediately. Always polite service. Most professional rental company I have dealt with. Would recommend to anyone anytime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
