Too bad I could not rate them a zero. This office is very unprofessional. Don't even know if it is an actual business. I called them to schedule an appointment with them. On my appointment day I went to the office which is suppose to be open at 9:00 am and no one opened the door, I rang the bell 10 times.I called their number and no one responded, if you are going to conduct a business with hours of 9-5 then the office should be open ahead of the time. Waiting in the cold for 30 minutes is not enjoyable.
