I got my loc extension there and I love them. It took like 9 hours to complete, but worth the wait. I went and got mine done after watching a girl on YouTube who got hers done also. Kim did mine she was really good with helping me pick a size and explaining what I can and can't do. I was offered tea and one of the stylist picked me up some food. I had plenty magazines to look at. So the long process wasn't so bad. My second appointment I went on a Saturday it was crazy, so I won't do that again. Now I usually go the middle of the week and I'm in and out.

A girlfriend of mine got her loc extension done there and when I had a wedding to attend and my hair dresser was on vacation she recommened I go. I went and got the twist done with my own hair and it came out nice. I love that they steamed my hair. I could feel the difference in my hair after the steam treament, which was included in my style. I arrived at my 9:30 appointment and was seen right away, and they offered me coffee and they even had little cream puffs to eat. I loved it! I love my hair dresser to, but I love the hot oil steam treament. I'm torn. :)

Mother and daughter own this business, I made an appointment for 1:00 o'clock and had to wait almost 3 hours (yes 3 hours!) before I got rushed into a seat to have my hair washed. I had to wait again for another client to be rushed out of a hair dryer so I could seat in an uncomfortable chair to be forgotten. They are very slow, the loc 'n technique they used is slow, when I it was finally my turn, I was rushed because there were a few others waiting inpatiently also. They cannot do any designs just straight was n dry. The salon is dirty, the bathroom is so tiny you can bearly turn around to flush the toilet (no toilet paper) (no mirror inside the bathroom). ( I think it was a closet that they turned into a bathroom). Needless to say after going in at 1 pm and leaving at 8:30 pm, not satisfied. Oil running down my face, Being charged over $100. I will absolutely never go to that establishment again. Oh, I went home and washed my hair. Stay away.
