The owner, Kim, is truly one of the kind. She's kind-hearted and does excellent UV Gel Set and Waxing. The only thing I feel that they need the improvement is the punctuality of appointment booking. Sometimes they get so busy and the booking can get messy a little bit...but most of nail salons do have the same issue anyway. Other than that, I'd have given 5 stars.
