General Info

I have been practicing psychotherapy since 1981. I have spent many years in postgraduate training and development. I consider myself empathic, highly skilled and I take pride in my work. I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds; ethnic, socioeconomic, and religious. My treatment modalities include individual, group and couples therapy. While my overall conceptual framework is psychodynamics, I attempt to tailor my treatment methods to the needs of each individual client in order to help them achieve optimum results. My overall goal is to help clients understand what may be holding them back from having success in love and/or work. I believe that people are in the best position to achieve their goals when they are able to resolve their conflicts and resistance's which arise from multiple sources.
