Provided by YP.comThis CPA opened a corporation for me (I was the president) and my partner (the officer) and only sent all the documentation to the officer, which was weird to begin with.
When i nicely asked for the documents, she refused. When I insisted, she had threatened me with a criminal attorney and the police.
I consulted 3 CPA's and a lawyer, they all said it is illegal what she did. I am now taking her to court and also filing with the department of the professionals.
She has managed to remove my reviews on here twice, (so I am trying again!) and sent some russian guy (who sounds like an 11yo) to bully me online and to try to scare me from posting reviews again.

Provided by YP.comI am a New York attorney and have used Interstate Filings for the past five years for handling LLC orders and complicated filings for formation of entities as part of my business services - all lawyers use outside companies to do this work, it doesn't pay to waste the time to do the administrative tasks which are time intensive - its a saving for the client in the long run. I have never had a problem with this company and can always reach the President with any complicated questions at any time, they retain copies all documents they file in scanned pdf form so even when I have locate a document years later, I get it emailed from them within minutes. Highly recommended -

I have also written this review because I think the below poster is misguided - Interstate Filings is not a Public Accountant or CPA as the poster below wrote so I think that post is incorrect - it is a corporate services company - maybe the CPA used them, but if your CPA is witholding documents it has nothing to do with the company who filed documents at your CPA's request..
