I was referred to a stylist that worked there by a friend. When I got there a girl on the lower level did my hair, I was a bit concerned that someone other than my stylist was performing chemical application in my hair. However she was very pleasant and I got a great touch up. My wait upstairs was unbearably long and then I got styled by someone other than the person I went in to see. I don't remember her name but she did an excellent job with my hair, despite the frequent bathroom breaks, stopping to talk, loud music, and questioning me about my personal business on my first visit. I may return to do my hair hopefully by the stylist I requested, but they are very far from professionalism. A bit pricey too, I guess you pay for the ambiance.

had a blast while getting fashion by chanelle and her staff....i highly recommend this place!!! take it from a woman who knows the salon environment this place is clean professional and DAm my cut is wicked!

I have come to this salon before and had decent experiences. However, my most recent trip unfortunately was not the same. I was told the price for a wash and style and by the end of the service, they double the price. When I tried to reason with them, I was locked in the salon and threatened with scissors and a razor. It was surreal. My hair looked nice, but at the point of almost getting bodily harm, not sure it was worth it.

This is a great salon- very professional and friendly staff. They stress haircare and Darlene is WONDERFUL. I got tons of compliments on my new haircut. Strongly recommend trying this salon.
