this locations is so nice and family feeling. i luv the location. its in the heart of Brooklyn there is nothing better than to have a location that is easy to get to. my dog was so happy to be groomed she was refreshed. everyone should stop by... its worth it.

They do a great job I'm a new client of there's as well I am new to the nieghborhood. I was glad that about having them so close. There service was great my dog came out smelling and looking great and staff was friendly and nice. The price was also lower than my old neighborhood total win win!

Took my cat in for a cut. Exploring options for grooming (been going to Animal Kind for 8 years). I was of course, nervous and anxious but open-minded and willing to try. My cat is never excited about being loaded into the carrier and carted off to the groomer but over the years she has become accustomed and knows the routine. I was hopeful but ultimately very disappointed and displeased. I asked specifically and several times that someone call me as soon as she was done and provided (3) phone numbers where I could be reached. After dropping her off at 10a, I was told to expect her to be done by 12p b/c there was just one appointment in front of her. I called at 1:30p to be told, "we were just about to call you" .. Strike 1. Discovered cut on her ear, groomer tells me she fought and scratched herself while being muzzled ..Bull! Strike 2. As I arrived to pick her up, I hear groomer in back yelling at someone's dog "shut up". Not cool. Strike 3. Luv ur pet? Don't bring them here!!
