Dishonest entity. It says they will give FULL REFUND for any reason you are unsatisfied with their product. They failed to mention full refund MINUS restocking fee on their return policy posted on their website. However, they advertise FULL REFUND all over their site. Plus, not only are they dishonest about their policy, their products were shipped with incomplete instructions, 4 pages out of original 16 pages. Plus, when I looked into different websites about the product I bought from eGlobal, I found out the chargers that came with my unit weren't even the correct ones!. Great job eGlobal, way to lie to customers and sell horrible products.

Poorly run business. Bad record keeping leads to accusations of nonpayment and attempted retaliation. If they would just conduct their business properly they would not have this problem. They don't acknowledge when they are wrong and they do not apologize when all the evidence proves them wrong. They ignore emails and then turn around and accuse you of poor communication. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH.

On Ebay alone in the last 30 days (since January 22, 2007) this company has received 25 negative reviews. Hes has failed to deliver items, has taken buyers money and delivered faulty items. Horrible return policy and does not respond to emails. Even on their website the "contact us" section doesn't work. They should be investigated by the Attorney General office or the Secretary to State office.
