I love GVS they accept my union plan and I got wonderful customer service from the doctor as well as the sales rep. Everyone was super helpful and very pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone with unions plans and want to get great styles of eye glasses or sunglasses.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced as a paying customer. Courtesy of the manager Alexa. Provided me with the wrong contacts putting my vision in jeopardy as well as my safety as a driver. Manager completely neglected the issue when I came in person to complain.

My experience was good I saw the doctor used my medical insurance and didn't have to pay anything . They have latest diagnostic equipment . Also purchased prada glasses and i am very happy with vision and price. Thank you GVS!!! Go there.

Came here because store was on union plan. Glad I did, the doctor was efficient and accurate, the prescription was excellent. The saleswoman was helpful and explained my benefits to me,and my options if I wanted to go over my benefit allowance. All in all, a good experience, and I will return in the future and recommend the store to friends and coworkers

my experience at General Vision was wonderful. the salespeople were very friendly and helpful.Both the doctor and the optician were very informative and professional. The prices were reasonable and i felt I got my moneys worth.
