Please avoid going to this Kinkos if you need professional copies. It is a self-service copy center and the cust. service personnel do not have a clue how the copiers work. I had one side of a page that I needed copied to both sides of some heavy duty paper (I brought my own paper). What would otherwise seem like a simple request, they could not mess up any more, and for each time they try, I get charged, and my heavy duty paper got used up. Bottom line is, if you need something done properly, they don't know how to operate the copier to help you. The service is not typical of what I have come to expect from Kinkos.
