Do not trust this company... alot of talk, but they do not get the job done. I had an ongoing problem with roaches for years using this company, I switched to a different pest control group and they resolved my problem within a month. Empire should be ashamed of taking peoples money when they can't perform what they say they will. I think the bugs are happy when Empire shows up.

Avoid them like the plague. They know how to maneuver and not be truthful. If they have not done the job satisfactorily, they will, at first. agree to do it a second time. But when the technician comes down they will give all manner of excuses and refuse to do it. Mine is a case in point. At first they sprayed. Two days later I notified them that the problem had not been solved. They agreed that this time they would do it right. They sent a technician but before he started he called the owner and was told not to do it because, they said, they only do kitchens and bathrooms. The only problem is that when I called them at first ( I phoned them twice) the secretary asked me pointedly how many stories my house consisted of and she billed accordingly. Then I was told there was a misunderstanding. They couldn't quite explain what it was. My advice to anyone reading is do not go through what I went through. I had to pay a second time but not to them
