I should have known by the hair of stylist who greeted me when I arrived and had been scheduled to cut my hair that gettting a hair cut at this place was a mistake. There's nothing worse than streaky yellow highlights in dark hair in a dirty, frizzy pony tail. And what I walked out with was not much better. Horrible, streaky highlights and the uglyest hair cut i have ever received. she promised to fix it if I came back later in the week, ruined the last of what was once my nice hair, and the wanted to charge me for that. don't ever go here. my friend also got a facial that made her face look like a truck had run over it.
