Eagle Home Care is a full service, New York State-licensed home care agency that provides a broad range of home health solutions including personal care, home care, nursing, nutrition, case management, and social work. Our goal is to provide superior health care services for elderly and disabled individuals in the comfort and dignity of their home. We work closely with hospitals, physicians, and family caregivers to plan and coordinate to structure and provide specialized home health care. Eagle Home Care maintains a strong focus on the quality and excellence of our personal care and home health aides. In addition to their experience and professionalism, our aides are selected for their warmth, compassion, and dedication to those in their care. All of Eagle Home Care's personal care and home care aides receive ongoing training and supervision managed by our in-house nursing and social work team.
