Since starting work in this area about a month ago, I have alternated trips between this dunkin and the one a few blocks away. This particular location is probably the worst I have ever patronized (and I drink at least 2 coffees a day from dunkin). The two woman that work at the counter are very rude. If you order a coffee, they hand it to you with a pile of sugar or equal packets instead of adding it themselves. If I wanted to make my own coffee I would not be in your store, and I certainly would not want to be paying you for it. Another complaint- they have yet to get a bagel order right. I kick myself every time I get down the block and remember to check the order and it is WRONG again. I had to bring a bagel back today and once again they are cursing me out in Indian. It is not my fault you cannot get an order right.There is a much better D&D only a few blocks away. Unless you don't mind a hastle and blatant rudeness, check out the other location. This one stinks.
