Dr. Yao perfectly explains, with easy metaphors, what's happening with the ear, nose and throat. When possible, she favors non-operative solutions and engages with any/all questions. I highly recommend Dr. Yao to anyone with ENT issues.

Dr Francisca Yao asked spot on questions and really listened to my responses—she was able to diagnose and treat my major issue in one visit.... on my follow up she showed her skills with the instruments she used to examine me—she was gentle and told me everything I was going to experience and feel. She gave me two medication options and swiftly ordered one for me. She wrote up a very complete report—a very fine Doctor and healer!!! Consummate professional—- I would well recommend!!
