Total monkey job. Complained to the super about a leak forming above my bathtub they came by for a 5 hour period fixing the upstairs toilet while the super kept complaining how they r so sure seeing as how nobody even went upstairs to check what exactly was leaking. A week later they were there again doing it over

Excellent work. We've worked with Donato for more than five years; they've done repairs, maintenance, and some major construction-related projects. They have been reliable, responsive, and most important they have always done the job right. They may not be the cheapest per se, but in the long run it pays off to use them because they do it right: they always find the problem and fix it. And the contractors who worked with them on the larger projects were (favorably) impressed by the quality of their work. One time (and one time only!) a contractor brought in another plumber (against our advice), who spent hours and completely botched the job; when we called Donato, they cleaned up the mess the other plumber had created and completed the job -- in less time and less cost than the plumber who didn't know what he was doing. And there are no (unpleasant) surprises with Donato: the job is done right -- and in the time frame and price they quoted. Highly recommended.

They are very expensive and not good like some people describe. Why? They came 3 times and left me for 3 weeks without heat in winter time. Finally they fixed my heating system but next year had I have again problem with heat. So I called other company to come and I house fine :)

Good service, highly recommended by the guys at Park Slope Plumbing Supply. They do it right the first time. Not cheap, but not as expensive as some other plumbers in Park Slope.
