I ordered a pair of Asics shoes from DNA Footwear without reading any reviews before. I got a defective pair of shoes which must have been seen in the store or warehouse prior to being shipped to me (as there were DNA footwear papers inside the shoes box). These guys probably thought they can get rid of this pair without the customer paying attention to that. Once I notified them about that defect using their emails and contact form, I had to wait for about a week to get a first reply. The replying person didn't mention his name and after a too long correspondence time over emails, I got a written promise that I'll be refunded both for my shoes cost as well as on all the shipping costs (both directions). I never got all of my money back. The shipments cost wasn't covered! All of my written proofs worth nothing! Don't buy from DNA Footwear! These guys are not reliable and in case you'll need their service, you'll regret your decision buying from them!
