Established in 1998, the Caribbean-American Family Health Center offers a range of primary care services for adults and children. It provides treatment and nursing care services for patients with HIV/AIDS. The center maintains preventive care, pediatrics and women health departments, as well as offers patient referral services. It has a partnership with the Caribbean Women's Health Association. The center is a part of Lutheran HealthCare System, which offers a range of health care and medical support services to the community. Lutheran HealthCare System additionally offers rehabilitative and housing solutions for senior citizens. The Caribbean-American Family Health Center is located in Brooklyn, N.Y.
