Excellent service

I purchased a King Size mattress from Bobs on Flatbush Ave, it was to be delivered on September 3, (the date I selected from the options offered) when I received the paperwork I was told by the sales person and the clerk who entered the information that the 4th was entered because of the system they had but it will be changed and the mattress will be delivered on the 3rd. Needless to say, it was not delivered until the 6th, despite several calls from me to Bobs customer service. My old mattress was also supposed to be removed, but that request was not stated on the documents for the delivery workers. I am very, disappointed with the service from Bobs. I will never purchase anything from them again. The sales person and the clerk were very dishonest. Forget about contacting Bobs. I waited 15 mins to speak with a customer care person. The number for the store was constantly busy. This was a major inconvenience.
