I have been shipping with Ameri-Jet since 2006, and the previous staff, ata smaller location, was far more congenial and helpful. At this new location, the staff is far more impersonal, and no-one answers the phone during the December rush. You can only get information from the Queen's office. Recently I have had to stand on line outside in the cold, even though my paperwork was completed. The overall freight delivery is excellent, but they are sorely lacking in organizational skills, and crowd management.

I find the shipping good but can be a little more organized when the holiday season comes around.

It is my first time trying this company, and I can proudly say the service was fantastic. The Station Agent [LGA] Mr Chris Lebran was very polite, and the hospitality was warm and great. I shall surly continue business with Mr Chris Lebran at Amerijet.

This place is Horrible!!! the staff is rude. not very help full and seem very unhappy with their jobs. There is only one person working there that makes this place seem like its human beings working there. Wish there was another place that i could use in Brooklyn. I have used this location three times in past year and it has been the same experience all the time. There is one upside to this place my packages gets there very fast with no damage

Had an iMac to mail to Antigua and got there in a few days, no damage. Great company.
