- Wrongful DeathFlutra Limani obtained summary judgment dismissal in favor of a prominent hospital in Richmond County in a case where it was alleged that defendants improperly treated the plaintiff’s decedent’s skin breakdown, infections and other conditions, allegedly causing pain and suffering and wrongful death. Ms. Limani was able to prove that the treatment by the hospital was proper and that the development of pressure ulcers were unavoidable based upon the decedent’s medical condition.
