• Wrongful Death
  Flutra Limani obtained summary judgment dismissal in favor of a prominent hospital in Richmond County in a case where it was alleged that defendants improperly treated the plaintiff’s decedent’s skin breakdown, infections and other conditions, allegedly causing pain and suffering and wrongful death.  Ms. Limani was able to prove that the treatment by the hospital was proper and that the development of pressure ulcers were unavoidable based upon the decedent’s medical condition.

Mr. Orbon graduated cum laude from St. John’s University with a bachelor’s degree in History and a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy in 1985 and received a Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University in 1988.
