All American Homecare Agency is a New York-based home care services provider focused on the provision of fiscal intermediary (FI) services (under New Yorkâ??s CDPAP program) and personal care services as a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA). Founded in 2011, we serve thousands of elderly, chronically ill or disabled consumers across New York State. All consumers receiving services are covered by NYS Medicaid, Medicare or private long-term care insurance policies.
