I love it here because they sell several appliances at a fair price. They staff is also very helpful.

The store is big. There are lots of product lines to choose from. All the high tech and up to date appliances are here. I love the big smart television being sold here. Thats my wish list!

Ive got good experience here in this appliance center. They have good customer service even after sales. I bought an electric fan from this store which became defective after some time. When I returned it they immediately checked on it and only after a day or two they contacted me that they will replace it with a new electric fan. Yay!

I contacted thislocksmithbased on arecommendation and the reviews thinking, "oh good a reliable business." Boy was I wrong. They never showed up for the appointment......THREE TIMES!!! The first time it appeared an honest mistake about what Monday the appointment was for but then they never showed up for the two re-schedules either. They completely wasted everyone's time.

I don't know if they got new workers or I just had luck but I got a really nice sales person. I had to order 2 air conditioners and a refrigerator and she was really helpful. She explained me what the pros and cons were and I received my order in great condition! I was really happy with there prices too!

found an ADA sink that I could not find anywhere locally AND it was at least 30% less expensive -- prompt delivery and everything in good order!

AJ Madison has competitive prices, but if your appliance arrives damaged, then you're screwed. Once they've gotten your $$ they're finished w/ dealing w/ you. They will not return messages and once you actually get in touch w/ a sales rep they're going to keep you on hold for long periods of time. There are too many other discount appliances stores to have this bad of customer service. Save yourselves the frustration and try someone else.

I purchased a washer and dryer from them; the washer came damaged. It's been 1 month and this is still not resolved. I can only reach customer service or voice mails, they're very rude and do not help. When I do speak with someone, they offer no resolution.This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with. They care nothing about customers or customer service.DO NOT USE THEM!
