I can recommend the Jay Robb whey ptioern shake, pina colada flavor. Zero sugars/carbs and 20-some grams of ptioern. I didn't expect to like it without my normal addition of a bag of frozen fruit, a squirt of whipped cream topping with granola on top (and I wonder why I have a weight problem ), but I truly do. I use the liquid nutrition from Global Health Trax so was very happy not to lose the vehicle by which I get that stuff into my system
