Attended a retirement function here. Was totally unimpressed. The food was late, they ran out of food, and what was left was roastbeef flavored leather, that had gotten cold of course. The barmaid used his bare hands to put ice in my cup of canned diet coke. And I missed dessert because I was outside debating with the tow company. You see, their back parking lot was blocked, multiple employees, including the manager told me where I could park my car, but I got towed anyway. A $250 evening out, and a total waste of money. Only giving one star because the website makes you.

I highly recommend Overlea Caterers because of their good, nutrional and variety food choice. The staff and delivery people are kind and helpful especially Kim. JB of Laurel, Md.

Not dependable to be on time when delivering noon meals to Waxter Center for Senior Citizens in Baltimore. Lunch is scheduled to start at 11:30, and food has been arriving later than that from two to five times per month. Several dozen folks just sit and wait for the food to arrive. Items on the Eating Together menu are occasionally missing.

My husband and I had the time of our lives at Great Occasions. The food was wonderful and the service outsatanding. We had our own personal server who was fantastic, her name was Regina, so ask for her if you can. Ms. Betty took care of everything from the first time we walked in and met her. I don't think we could have pulled off an event this great without her. Thanks Ms. Betty!!! Tell Patrick we loved him too!

Overlea Caterers catered our Pastor's 5th Anniversary Banquet and provided the worst service that I have ever received from a caterer. The food was served cold, the portions were miniscule, there was no provision for coffee or tea as provided for in our contract, no beverages were served as provided for in our contract, not even pictures of water were provided for each table. Guests who desired coffee or tea had to request it from one of the servers, who then brought only one cup of coffee or tea to the table as requested. In addition, we were informed in the middle of our event that the dessert which was requested in the contract was not available and the dessert which was ultimately provided ended up being cookies and slices of a cake which we had not requested. In addition, the only way our guests even knew that there was a dessert was that some people saw it in the back of the room as they were going to and from the restrooms. This experience was by far the worse!!!

this experience was great. kim was outstanding and uderstanding through out. i made several changes and it was no problem. the night of, everything was outstanding. i will return if there is another function i need to plan for.

We made some last minute changes and the chef had no problems with our requests. We had an emergency change of plans and menu and the chef took care of us without question. We will never use any other caterer.
