hi my name is dianha and I'm from glen burnie and i just walked in to look at the salon on 01/17/09 and i was greeted with a pleasant smile by a lady. she was so warming. she asked me about what products i was using at home and told me how to take care of my hair between visits and it was assuring to know she had the products on hand to retail. she also told me a little about herself and i was very comfortable knowing that she is about healthy hair and haircare not just sit me down do my hair and i'm out the door she also told me step by step the things she was doing as she did my hair which i thought was very courtesy of her. and what i also found very comfortable is the scented candles and calming music that was playing like waterfalls and oceans like in one of those high end salons you pay $100 just for them to wash your hair and the price are low at the salon so rest assured i will be going back in 2 weeks. i recommend everyone try it once
