The staff were professional and very kind. The debt I owed was handled in an understanding and nice approach. I can't thank them enough!

They try to bill you stuff that insurance hasn't responded on. Which is against the law. They tried billing my daughter for a full price office visit. She has 2 insurances and neither paid/denied/wrote off. I told her don't pay it, I will call on her behalf. Working I'm medical billing for 10+ years I told her her butt from a hole in the ground. These people know zip about anything. They call the clinic for answers. You realize they dont bill there, they bill in the Allina corporate office in Mpls. Get your crap together folks and maybe TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. Like below, once you call them out for breaking the law and say youre contacting the attorney general and the BBB, magically they come up with answers. Hmmm....
