So I've rented several cars from this enterprise always had minor issues but the last rental was 5 days at 34$ per day $18.99 Insurance per day plus tax. They charged me 2 desperate 200$ deposits plus rental which they say was a total of 715$ that I was charged...they give me a 39$ refund...I call the manager directly which explains how I know this company and rent from them I go in kissed because no one can explain how I was charged 700$ for 5 day rental that should have been under 300$... he tells me to get the f out his office and argues with me refuses to explain the charges and called the police to have me removed and defamed my character saying I probably smoked the car out and I don't even smoke or use drufs...Come to find out there mistake charges and I still have not received a refund of any of the 400$ in deposits in addition not 1 apology .... I am suing for defamation of character and my money back. NOT 1 APOLOGY SINCERLY A NEVER AGAIN CUSTOMER ! And the 1 star was mandatory ...I have made a complaint with corporate Bbb and attorney General as well as my bank ...
