This is a horrible place to live! I've lived here for a long time, use to like it.. but now, the owner and management are worthless. They tell us that they are trying to make park better, but all they do is nitpick everybody for every little thing, don't take care of their own responsibility's or the big issues of the park. They treat the community here like its a prison camp. Post their little notes on our door and on our moble homes, in other words "Vandalizing" our homes, instead of using a better way to get ahold of people. The management are very ignorant and irresponsible.. Big liars too! This place is ran by slumlords and crooks. And no, they are not pet friendly, they allow pets here, but they complain about everyone's pets especially dogs. They will approach our pets and touch them without our permission, and then have the nerve to tell people that our pets are vicious when really they are NOT! They have slapped a neighbors dog across the face when the dog only got excited, because they thought he was going to bite, key word "thought" he was going to bite. Gave my neighbor a note saying he tried to bite.. That right there is lying! Management have shared personal information about one persons lot to other tenants in the park. The female manager of the park will lift her shirt up slightly to scratch while talking to married men in the community, showing that she's flossing.. Very disgusting for her to do. This place is close to getting sued, having the attorney general called on them, and KY3. So many tenants here have stuff on them and proof of it.
