Poor customer service and particularly difficult to schedule routine cleanings and this has cause issues with maintaining routine dental hygiene and cleanings / receptionists are extremely rude and hygienists are not accomodating to schedule. At my husband's last appointment a dentist did not even stop to look at his teeth or review his dental records. Additionally the dentist I originally joined the practice to see (who was very good) left the practice and I was not given any notice she even left.
