When it comes to local laws in the neighborhoods of Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Cleveland Circle, and even the Back Bay, nobody knows the ins-and-outs better than Jake Walters. I've used him several times to present special zoning requests, obtain liquor licenses, handle unfriendly neighbors, and negotiate my business leases. His no non-sense approach produces results. He's a good man, and a great lawyer.
