My mom was there she had bed soars,a virus,the staff is always on the phone and when u ring the buzzer thdy dont come the management r unprofessional

A very close relative of mine is in this facility. I would've recommend this place to ANYONE! The nurses are horrible! They put the buzzer out of reach on purpose so they wouldn't have to attend to the patient. And when the buzzer is in reach, it takes them forever to come! I dont have any good thing to say about this place except that it's in a good location.

Whatever you do - do not send your loved ones to this health care center. The staffs were rude, unresponsive and unprofessional. I wouldn't even consider the nurses working at this facility to be fully certified. They have absolutely no passion for their patients. Also, don't be fooled by their ambulance services, they are not free and you will be charged for it once you leave the facility.

My husband spent a month here in 2008-it was rundown, dirty, smelly, dreadful. The bed was not long enough for him. They got a replacement bed that was broken; the third one definitely sub-par. He was the only non-Asian on an all-Asian floor. Food was dry, tasteless, bad; we brought all his food in. No kitchen to use-just a tiny microwave, no counter. Small fridge crammed with residents' food. Gross. The aides did not all speak English. Many staff were totally unresponsive - the management only slightly less so.Had to get MD's involved to get anything done. Sent here fr. MGH-they should be very ashamed. One PT woman was excellent. Some nurses helpful, but badly understaffed. Suggest you avoid this place.

My mom lived in this facility for 1+ month. The nurses are not responsive, my mom's room mate ring 5 times and they don't show up. When I asked a nurse to take a look at my mom's skin rash, she did not want to come, eventually the manager came and took care the case, the nurse still didn't care. The food in most days was poorly made, almost every time, it's some kind of meat (not freshly made) and boiled carrots, no taste at all. Many seniors there lost weight.
