Banner Associates is a multidisciplinary engineering and architectural consulting firm that provides a variety of services to public and private sector clients. Founded in 1947, it offers construction administration and observation, planning and design, evaluation and analysis, permitting and licensing services. The firm s architecture division is responsible for the preparation of bidding documents; approving shop drawings, materials and product samples; reviewing results of material tests and inspections; and handling requests for design changes during construction. Banner Associates conducts land title, aerial photo control, cadastral, topographic, drainage, telecommunication facility and volumetric surveys. In addition, it offers wastewater treatment, spatial analysis, data acquisition, radionuclide removal, platting, site development and land use planning services. The firm also provides planning, design and construction phase services for the development, management and use of water resources. Banner Associates maintains its corporate headquarters in Brookings, S.D.
