We offer bathroom remodeling, fiberglass repair and we also refinish bathtubs. We are family owned and have over 37 years of experience. Serving Del Norte County to Coos Bay Oregon. We travel the Southern Oregon coastline. Please call us for any and all of your needs.

One man operation and he is overworked and a bit high strung. Refinished my tub and surround. Very good on phone when you initially talk to him. However, things get a bit rough during and after he does the work. Overreacts to questions about the process or the finished product, doesn't listen very well and takes offense. Ridiculed me and made me feel the need to apologize to him because I was being too "picky", even though some of my concerns were general about slight defects affecting the longevity of the finished product. Thinks since it looks better than what I had I should just be grateful for that and not ask questions. Called him right away about a small pit I saw soon after the work was completed because I knew he had another job in the area soon, when I called him the day before he was coming mostly to confirm approximately when he might come, I mentioned there were a couple of other imperfections other than the small pit that he may or may not have time to address, he let me know when he arrived that I had made him think something major was wrong, which was quite shocking to me, wasn't sure how he interpreted that. Even though he said on the phone he could fix drips he wouldn't fix the drips that he could see when I pointed them out to him, because I was being too "picky". He did fix the small pit I initially called him about and said "don't know how I missed that", but still seemed upset with me. Thought he was going to fix some chipped finish he applied to the edge of a small handrail, but I was so flustered I didn't notice he left without doing it, tried to call his cell before he got out of town, wanted to know if there was anything I could do myself to make it look better, got his wife somehow and she said something like "you can use anything you want to fix it" and that was that. Ended up using caulking and also dabs of paint on other missed spots which are just too "picky" I'm sure, but due to the fact I changed the color from tan to white it does kind of matter. Sorry to sound ungrateful.

One of the most honest people you can deal with!! Could have charged us hundreds but gave us an alternative we could do ourselves. Didn't even charge us for the service call Thank you Thank you thank you Carey! We live and travel in our motorhome and will definitely wait till we get back to Oregon and Carey if we need any future repairs!!
