The stylist witout a doubt wrecked my hair and try to sell me on it being cute...it is yellow/orange at the root, green/ muddy at ends and has blotches/ blobs of multishades of such all over because the color was formulated and applied incorrectly...the cut is ridiculous and the person could not style her way out of a paper bag. Jane said with authority and a superior demeanor that I had to pay for it and they would have me come back another time to fix it and condition it for free...woo hoo...as if I trust anyone to so-call fix this mess that they are selling as cute. Who knows what I would end up with the stylist should have done a test straind being that I did disclose to her every detail about my hair...she talked like she had it under control. I had spent 3 1/2 hours there today only to leave in tears and headed home to disappoint my husband too...I contacted someone for advise and reslove.

I should have known there was a problem when the hair stylist would not face me toward the mirror. The cut was too short, my color is muddy/ green on the ends, orange at the scalp/ roots and smelled burnt when I wet it....let me tell you about the style I have very curly hair that she made look like a old ladies roundy moundyLet me add that the station/ implements were dirty...I wonder if the stylists here attended the WI state required Sanitation courses this fall. Spare yourself...I know that they will not admit that they were wrong and I might as well lit my money on fire...trust me I have wheels in motion and I will find resolve and speak on any and all platforms to enlighten the public to take heed when it comes to this place just because they are in a so-called high-end area does not make them so
